I need to admit.. Am a Bob Dylan fan.. Listen to all his songs and u would know why, there aint too many singers out there to raise ongoing socio-political issues in common man's words and put them in beautiful lyrics like he does.
So why am I talking about Bob Dylan on Environmental blog, that’s cause not many people (atleast that’s what I think) know that Big Yellow Taxi was originally written by Bob Dylan but was never sung by him, I would would write a few lines of that song for my readers to know the depth of his songs. So here it goes…

They paved paradise and put up a parking lot
With a pink hotel, a boutique, and a swingin' hot spot
Don't it always seem to go That you don't know what you got 'til it's gone. They paved paradise and put up a parking lot
They took all the trees, and put em in a tree museum.
And they charged the people a dollar and a half to see them
Don't it always seem to go That you don't know what you got 'til it's gone. They paved paradise and put up a parking lot
Hey farmer, farmer, put away your DDT. I don't care about spots on my apples,Leave me the birds and the bees.. Please...
Don't it always seem to go That you don't know what you got 'til it's gone. They paved paradise and put up a parking lot
Hey now, they paved paradise to put up a parking lot
